Why You're Suited for the Position:I've been a GM on about 11 BYOND games (6 of which were bleach game[bleach: soul society vs hueco mundo, bleach the rise for new power, and bleach shinto shoshiki 2] just for a few)I know how to code, map, and icon and i'm an experienced GM. I would bring wonderful things to your game and people will wanna keep coming back and telling their friends because this game is so cool and will be even more cool with me on the staff. I also see how some people come on that are new to bleach or BYOND itself and I will help them until they needn't any help at all. I will code, icon, or map anything that you want me to into the game.
